Compliance

Vendor-neutral, software-first positioning.

LabRouteIQ is positioned as lab middleware, operational software, billing intelligence, logistics visibility, and account transparency. Facilities and providers can use Peak Panel Labs, bring their own lab, or use national lab partners based on logistics, test menu, and turnaround time.

No Facility Test Payments

LabRouteIQ does not present the platform as a way for labs to pay facilities or providers for tests. Software fees, sales representative compensation, customer agreements, and integrations should be reviewed under applicable healthcare compliance requirements before launch.

HIPAA Readiness

Production use involving protected health information requires appropriate agreements, access controls, audit processes, and business associate arrangements when applicable.

Operational Transparency

The platform is intended to improve visibility into orders, results, lab charges, logistics, documentation, and account performance so labs and facilities can manage workflows more clearly.
